Our Lab , established at 2002 , is located on NTU - Barry Lam Hall - Room 403 (博理館 403). The leader is Professor Liang-Hung Lu. His main research interests include low-power and low-voltage techniques, broadband and high-speed data communications, LTPS circuit, Si-based MMIC ,Reconfigurable RF frontends and so on.

   The main research equipment at Lab includes “Sun” workstation, personal computer and some instruments used for analysis like probe station , signal generator , oscilloscope , spectrum analyzer , etc. In the case of software , we have various kinds of EDA tools used for IC design such as Cadence , Synopsys , ADS , MATLAB.

   The goal of out research is to develop and implement advanced analog or mixed-signal circuit utilizing existing CMOS process technology, and improve the status in industrial circles and academic community.
